Must I use the Registry to report my Gas pipeline splits?
No. Unlike oil pipeline splits this is an Industry only function that is optional and not mandated by the Alberta government.
If I choose to use the Registry gas pipeline split process for partner reporting purposes which fields are mandatory and which are optional?
The purchaser, well identifier and reference code are optional. The Custody Transfer Point Facility (CTPF) may initially be blank but the split will be considered incomplete until the CTPF is completed. All other fields are mandatory.
