Volumetrics : Mandatory Non-Compliance

How do operators know if their data is complete and correct by the EUB filing deadline?
The Registry contains a report called the EUB Non Compliance report which identifies the missing and/or in error data associated with the operators facilities.  Operators are expected to use this report to correct all errors prior to the deadline.  Errors or omission not corrected by the deadline will be subject to EUB non compliance fees.

What are the fees the EUB charges for errors and omissions?
This information is located on the Registry website under: Tips & Alerts - Alerts: Greater than 60 days - Monthly Reporting Volumetrics - EUB: Non-compliance fees related to Registry Error messages.  Click HERE to see this information.

EUB Non-compliance fee invoices include errors caused by late filings by another operator often when there is insufficient time to refile/amend records prior to the deadline.  Will the EUB accept appeals in these situations?
Yes.  The last date a client can submit an appeal is 15 calendar days after release of the EUB Non-compliance Fee Invoice.
