Who can request the facility operator change?
The current operator is the only one who can request the change and until the new operator accepts the change (i.e. concurrence), the Registry records will not change.

Can you change the facility operator, and the well and facility licensee in the Registry?
To change the facility operator you would use the Registry's Request Facility Operator Change process. You cannot use the Registry for well or facility licensee changes. Existing EUB processes will continue to be followed for well and facility licensee changes.
