Oil/LPG Splits

Must I use the Registry to report my Oil and LPG pipeline splits?
Yes, but only the Crown’s (APMC) share of your Oil deliveries must be reported in the Registry. All other volumes are optional for Registry pipeline split reporting.

How do I enter a Crown Pipeline Split record that was not submitted by the APMC deadline?
Pipeline splits, including those for the Crown (APMC), must be submitted through the Edit Shipper/Owner pipeline split process (see Training Module 4.03b). Crown pipeline splits for the current month must be entered through this method until the current month is rolled immediately after the monthly EUB Volumetric extract. Once this occurs, Pipeline Split entry functionality will be locked and there are two methods to input your Crown Pipeline Split. The preferred method is to utilize the Add TAOC function. See the TAOC question section for information regarding the Add function. The second option is to contact the Custody Transfer Point Operator to have them unlock the split for a specific facility, the traditional Shipper/Owner pipeline split functionality can then be utilized.
