What is in the Ministry Invoices and Statements area of the Registry?
This area is where the Ministry of Energy (EUB, APMC and DOE) load invoices, reports, statements, etc. for Industry to retrieve. Historically this information was often mailed but now is available in a more timely fashion in the Registry. Each BA has their own Ministry Invoices and Statement section and security ensures that one BA cannot see another BA’s information.
I am a royalty payer only. If I do not elect to receive the gas royalty invoice and statement electronically through the Registry, will an electronic file still be available if I choose to use it at a later date?
No, once a new user has been granted access to the Registry, information sent to the Ministry Invoices and Statements area is only available on a go-forward basis.. All non-operators are encouraged to use the Registry. Receiving paper documents may be discontinued at any time by sending the Registry election form to the DOE. How does Industry know when data is loaded into Ministry Invoices and Statements?
The Registry calendar published on the website identifies when the various Ministry items will be available (e.g. Invoices) . Additionally, certain e-mail notifications advise users of a new item placed in the Ministry Invoices and Statements area.
