Reports

When you request a report when can you expect to see it?
Reports in the Registry are set to process in one of two ways:  overnight or during the daytime.  The report submission screen displays a message stating the whether a report is overnight or queued for immediate (daytime) processing.  Reports related to the identification of errors or missing data i.e. EUB Non compliance report, SAF/OAF Ensure Complete report and the Allocation – Volume Variance report are ran during the day.

When requesting a report, what do the submission date criteria represent?
The submission date range will limit the report to process data submitted only between the start submission date and the end submission date.

What report can you request to obtain gross volume data (old S1 and S2 information) on non-operated properties?
All gross volume data (operated and non operated) information is found on the "Volumetric Facility Activity Report".

Can you run a report that will list all the wells attached to a facility?
Yes, there is a Well to Facility Link report that will show you all the wells that are linked to a facility.  There are three types of facilities that a well may be linked to so you may need to request three reports one for Batteries (BT), another for Gathering Systems (GS) and also Injection facilities (IF) to ensure you have not missed a well link.
